What to tell us

A few details help us understand your pool before we come out:

  • What you are seeing. Green or cloudy water, a noisy pump, water loss, white crust on the tile, stains on the surface.
  • When it started and whether anything changed, like a storm, a power outage or a missed service.
  • Your area of the valley, such as Henderson, Summerlin or North Las Vegas.
  • Photos if you are emailing. A picture of the water and the equipment pad says a lot.
