Pool repairs in Las Vegas

Pool repairs to get things working right again: pumps, filters and other pool equipment, plus damaged pool tile.

Pool equipment works hard in the desert

In Las Vegas, a pool pump runs long hours through the summer to keep water moving through the filter. Heat, sun and hard water are tough on motors, seals, fittings and filters, and small problems tend to get worse quickly when it is 110 degrees outside. A pump that stops in July can mean a green pool within days.

We repair pools so you can get back to using yours. If something is not working right, we find the cause and fix it.

Signs your pool needs a repair

  • The pump is loud, humming or not running. Grinding, screeching or a motor that hums without starting are all reasons to call.
  • Weak flow from the returns. Low flow can point to a clogged filter, a blockage or a pump problem.
  • Filter pressure keeps climbing. The filter may need cleaning, or something else may be wrong in the system.
  • Water or drips around the equipment. Leaks at the pump, filter or plumbing get worse over time.
  • Loose, cracked or missing tile. We fix damaged pool tile, not just dirty tile.
  • Water loss beyond normal evaporation. Evaporation is high here in summer, but a fast drop can mean a leak.

What we repair

We work on the parts that keep a pool clean and running: pool pumps and motors, filters and other pool equipment, and damaged pool tile. If the problem is calcium and scale rather than damage, glass bead tile cleaning may be what you need instead.

FAQ

Pool repair questions

How do I know if my pool pump needs repair?
Common signs are loud grinding or screeching, a motor that hums but does not start, a pump that shuts off on its own, weak flow from the returns, or water leaking around the pump. If you notice any of these, call us for a free diagnostic.
Is my pool leaking, or is it just evaporation?
Las Vegas pools lose a lot of water to evaporation in summer, so some drop is normal. A simple check is the bucket test: set a bucket of water on the pool step, mark the water level inside the bucket and on the pool, and compare after a day or two. If the pool drops noticeably more than the bucket, you may have a leak.
Can you fix damaged pool tile?
Yes. Our repairs include fixing damaged pool tile. If your tile is crusted with white calcium rather than damaged, tile cleaning is usually the answer.
How much does a pool repair cost?
Every repair is different, so we start with a free diagnostic. We take a look, explain what is wrong and what it will take, and you decide from there.
