When to call for a free diagnostic
Pool problems rarely fix themselves, and in the Las Vegas heat they usually get worse. If something does not look, sound or feel right, call us and we will come take a look, free.
- Green or cloudy water that will not clear up.
- A pump that is noisy, will not start or keeps shutting off.
- Water level dropping faster than normal evaporation.
- Weak flow or high filter pressure.
- White crust on the tile, or stains on the surface.
- A new home with a pool, and you are not sure what shape it is in.
What we look at
We look at the whole picture: the water, the equipment and the pool itself. That means water clarity and balance, the pump, filter and other equipment, signs of leaks, and the condition of the tile and surface. Then we tell you what we found in plain language.
Why start with a diagnostic
Many pool problems look alike from the patio. Cloudy water can come from water chemistry, a dirty filter or a pump that is not running long enough. A falling water level can be summer evaporation or a leak. Guessing usually means spending money on chemicals or parts that do not fix the real problem. A diagnostic finds the cause first, so the fix is the right one.
